Mr Jena being from the village himself, was fortunate enough to get a quality education and emerge successful in life. Mr. Madan Jena is a qualified person and was inspired by their commitment to quality and work ethics. However, he was a BJP leader from 2018 after and RHSS leader from 2019. As he is a strong political leader and did a lot of social works so that he got awarded ODISHA YOUTH ICON AWARD OF 2019. He has done plenty of good social work in his early age.

He has owned business of Secure Indian Pvt Ltd, JESPL (JENA SERV PVT. LTD.).
